Budget Round Yoga Bolster - Medium

The Budget Yoga Bolster is an economical, firm and round bolster. The small & Large Size both have handles at both ends and an insert inside, which means the cover can easily be removed and washed. The medium bolster has one handle and is stuffed straight inside the cover onsite and contains no insert.

These are our most popular bolsters; they all have a great medium support which is suitable for all types of yoga practices.

These Bolsters are sold stuffed with re-cycled cotton/poly blend, or you are more than welcome to purchase the covers seperately so you can stuff them with your own materials to your own suited density/support.

Flat surface gives stability and contoured sides provide comfort.

Ideal when sitting against a wall, or place under the spine to open chest when lying in relaxation.
