VERSA FLEX BAR(also known as Power Blade / Bladder)

Fibreglass inside, covered with foam. Improves your power, firms hips and thighs, sculpts arms, tightens and tone abs through bending and vibrating the bar. Adjustable tubing allows you to work all major muscle groups.


Versa Flex Bar uses inertia through oscillating and generating over 250 muscle contractions per minute. Great for physical and shoulder rehabilitation, sports training power and muscle stabilisation and proprioception. Workout with resistance tubing to strengthen all muscles. Length 120cm.
